Minecraft Annihilation Plugin by Xvitrix

Hello I downloaded the plugin Annihilation by Xvitrix

with spigot 1.8 when I type in my server /plugins it is green

so when I press /help annihilation it shows commands

but when I type any of this commands it doesn't work

i tried server log and nothing helps i tryed command /annihilation

when i try to use the plugin it doesnt work only the /help annihilation works and it shows some commands that actually dont work

btw i tried to remove the annihilation.jar and only have there the 1 anni plugin
