Why when I'm load 2 or more mods , my server isn't starting , And if it turns on, it immediately turns off

Probably because you're missing dependencies or your mods are incompatible.
Go to https://aternos.org/log and share your log to mclo.gs. There you can find suggestions to fix the most common errors.
