If you did not enable the backup feature there is no way to recover your world.

Sorry to hear that your progress has been undone, but for future times, I highly (and so do many others, most likely) recommend you enable the backups feature and backup every couple of game sessions. This can ensure that A. If your world is demolished by an individual it can be reverted or B. Progress rewinds can be rewound yet again

And all is because aternos suddenly closing
We are not just "closing" your server.
You should check your server log to find out why your server stops. Probably becuase of a crash or sth like this.

My friend has backups going every 10 minutes, servers only ever crashed once but it’s still smart

For the future enable backups and do /save-all every sometime
