Hello so i wanted to report this guy named Derrick Derrin
He has been abusive and showing no respect for those people who needs help
So i was telling on #support that theres no ultimate chat and Thienbao replied to me said said "we have, just search ultimate do not search the full word" so i followed what thienbao said and then i said "theres nothing" and i was sending all screenshots on that page that i saw and while i was sending some screenshots derrin replied "search for chat" and i said while sending the screenshot theres nothing and derrin replied "SEARCH FOR CHAT" and he also said ffs to me and told me i was dumb asf but thienbao helped me first before derrin helped me and he even blamed me that hes mad, i was following all the instructions but derrin shows no respect and it is his obligation to help aternos users to thier needs and he was just mad so i was hoping you would unban me and demote derrin and my discord ign is ╲⎝⧹★๖̶̶̶ζ͜͡KingAlpha★⧸⎠╱#3082

Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to understand the facts with board means of Discord and without screenshots etc.
errin shows no respect and it is his obligation to help aternos users to thier needs
It should be noted that our helpers are doing their job voluntarily. Helper are not people who have been engaged by us with this task, but people who have attracted special attention through their commitment.
It's more of an award, so to speak.

Derrin is overall one of the better Helpers. You may have just caught him at a bad time, which I will say, isn't really an excuse. Coming from a helper on the discord, he's probably somewhere in the range of most active. Like Roman also stated, this is a job we took voluntary after being offered it. If at any time he does actually abuse permissions, his voluntary role can be revoked.

Jerv | ?, Remember that you banned Alpha before cuz of trolling you? that's why i ban him back. if you have not banned him, i would just warn him instead of a banhammer.
And also, i really hate peoples that are not following my help, Only follow the first helper that helped them.
thienbao helped him first, he said search "Ultimate" but it doesnt result the plugin he wants.
I told to him to search "Chat" instead of "Ultimate" but he weren't listening to me.
He said "Thienbao helped me first!" i was so freaking angry when he said that.
If he searchs "Chat" and go to the 4th page, he would have seen the plugin and install it already.THATS WHY I'VE BEEN VERY MAD
also this could have never happens if i gave him the direct link to the plugin. It was my fault and made my self mad -
