Switching from 1.13 to 1.12 requires a new world due to the fact that mojang changed the world format.

I also indeed have this issue. It has always been on 1.12.2 and I only have like 5 mods that I've run before perfectly fine, no lag whatsoever..... Now it starts and stops instantly, idk whats happening I have the log here though.. https://mclo.gs/h2B2j9P can someone help me please?
