So its my first time using aternos, and I tried downloading spiggot. I went into software and all it said was 'reinstall.' and I had no 'plugins' on the left hand side next to software 
Please help!

Press Install, and wait for the gear to become a checkmark. Then change pages, and the Plugins tab should appear

When you change softwares, i.e from Vanilla to Spigot, the server does a full reinstall of the world. If you don't wanna lose it, download the world and reupload it after

Wait, do you know how to install your first plugin though?

Oops! I'm so sorry, I forgot to say I figured it out, I hit reinstall and then everything worked fine
