Is there an option to download your server's mods folder to your Minecraft client? Because I downloaded some mods on my server, but my client is without any mods.

No It's not possible to download your mods folder from the server to add it to your client.
This is not possible due to copyright reasons.
However on the mod pages where you download the mods to your server you can find the curseforge link.
On curseforge you can download it to your pc.
