Group Manager

Hi, I have a big problem with making ranks. I use the version of CraftBukkit1.12.2. I first removed the Bessentials, but he did not have many basic commands, so I deleted it, now I have EssentialsX installed, but I have a problem with Bessentials GroupManager; when I make a prefix for a rank it does not show it at all, I went to the Essentials folder to see that I can install something, and I noticed that Essentials Chat does not work in EssentialsX, no matter how I create the layout, it does not change, so I would ask you if you can help me with this, or put in a better Essentials for 1.12.2 , because I can not do anything like this, please, I need an urgent help! -Thank you!
