Can you please add the Mod "MCHeli Minecraft Helicopter Mod (1.7.10)"?

This mod is about: planes, helicopters, tanks, cars, weapons and more. Just perfect for multiplayer. I noticed there's no this mod at the list. More so, a lot of players want this mod.
