Can you please add Pixelmon Reforged as a standalone mod?

I'm sure you already know what Pixelmon is (basically pokemon in minecraft). All I want is to be able to add other mods onto pixelmon. For example, if I could have the morecommands mod with pixelmon it would make playing on the server a lot better.
