[Mod Request]Snad Mod

So i was wondering if the Snad mod could be added:

Now the way Snad works is it adds one block called the snad, its exaxtly like sand but it makes cacti and sugar canes grow slightly faster than dirt or sand, its a small helpful mod for uses and a funny joke friends could laugh about, anyways hope to see it on the mods list.
