Does a plugin like this exist?

So as you know, there is a feature in luckperms which allows you to give somebody a permission for a selected amount of time, and i was wondering if there is a plugin which runs a command on a player if they no longer have the permission for that, so for example if i give somebody a perm to fly for like a 30 minutes, then when the time runs out the plugin will force them to toggle the fly off the player. So they can't fly anymore without the perms. Is there any kind of plugin like this?
