Description: LunaChat is a useful plugin.It's already used by a lot of Japanese servers.
It's Japanese plugin. It helps talking on Japanese.
I can't describe what is the plugin's job well because of the barrier of language,but I'll describe this on my bad English.
Talking Japanese on minecraft is not like talking English. We need to press Japanese-Key(This has another name,"Hannkaku-Zennkaku").
If we press it,we enter to Japanese-mode(This has another name too,"Zennkaku-mode").
Japanese-mode can enter Japanese,but in Japanese-mode,we can't move inside the minecraft.
But if there is Lunachat,we can enter Japanese even Japanese-mode is off.
