Hi, I am the user Miguel547:

I want to start by saying that I am delighted with the hosting that Aternos provide us, totally free and for all players. However I miss a version of Cauldron in order to be able to make servers more dynamic.

In my opinion, it would do Aternos more popular and would do it a better option instead buying premium hosting.

Thermos (A software which supports combining mods and plugins) is not updated anymore and abandoned.

Sponge (more precisely "SpongeForge") (A software which supports combining mods and plugins) is a completely different software with a completely different API. You can not run plugins which work on spigot/bukkit on a sponge server and vice versa.

Due to this the popularity of Sponge is very low and many of the plugins you want to use are not available for sponge.

However, I would like to say, having carefully read your post and having documented more about the subject in question, that the option of adding software such as "SpongeForge" is an option that should not go unnoticed, since it is software that allows you to the use of plugins that undoubtedly improve the gaming experience. From my position as a user of the community of "aternos" I would ask you to reflect on its addition as it would be a great improvement and I would certainly say much more and better about the great technical and support team of Aternos

Especially for SpongeForge this isn't a deny in general.

We'll keep an eye on it and add it if it makes sense to us.

Right now the estimated benefit is much lower than the effort to add this software.
