Hello. I tried to create a new MCPE server with plugins but when I put Bedrock software then the plugin section is deleted, which means I can't use them. If I put PocketMine that has plugins, will it be the same as Bedrock but with plugins? If you can tell me by tomorrow I will be very grateful! 
Is PocketMine the same as Bedrock software?

Yes, to your first question, just to be sure however, before making any such changes to your server, if you want to keep Your world, make sure to take a backup,, AND do a world download.
PC Version is java, and is therefore fundamentally different, so they are not able to be interchanged across java/mcpe versions

Please also note that Pocketmine does not support stuff like redstone or mobs yet
