I know that upload has a 200MB limite due to your web security provider. Yet, wouldn't it be possible to trick it by uploading files in multiple part? Like winrar multi-part system, or just allowing the server's admin to use command to regroup files (like bash command).

When downloaded it is normally above the 200mb mark and you would be unable to re-upload the same file.
There is a file called "region" in the file that you can download from the website.
Those files represent chunks.Delete chuncks to decrease in size.
Bayem fixed.
Peace.
