Plugin Details: This plugin is for downloading other plugins through this plugin (idk much about it but if it installs plugin out of poggit i request to limit from where to download the plugin), this plugin is very helpfull bcoz people won't request plugins anymore instead they would just download it from this plugin, this iwll reduce the number of pocketmine plugin request as well as a big relief to Aternos
