Modpack Config

Ive read that with modpacks configs aren't something we can edit, however is anyway way to see whats enabled because my friends and I are playing pixelmon generations and nothing seems to be spawning right, i.e structers,pokemarts gyms (as in none of these have spawn even thought we've looked/explored and regened world twice).
