can you please add the Mod "Tiger Kus'"?

I have a friend who likes to play on peaceful difficulty. So now we can play together on server with mobs.
This mod performs exactly two things:
- Every hostile mob will ignore specified players.
- Also every hostile mob will run away from these players. Like creepers run away from ocelots. It can be disabled in the config.
It should work with almost all mobs including some bosses and mobs from other mods. Exception: slime-like mobs still can damage player if it collide he/she. But slimes won't hunt players purposely.
