can you please add the Mod "Creative Plus"?

CreativePlus adds Items not obtainable through the creative menu, and brings back some old items like the static water and lava sources or lit state items from the early versions. it also adds shortcuts for some commands and the ability to change flying speed. Basically a quick and lazy improvement. last version> 1.12.2. Oldest version> 1.8.9 Last Update> Jan 16 2018
