can you please add the Modpack "Flans Mod [4.10.0] or Flans Tech and More Reborn"?

Flans mod is a modpack which adds weapons, vehicles like planes and tanks and adds many explosives, this mod is really buggy and i've always wanted to play it as a child, but i couldn't because of port fowarding issues etc
