[plugin request] Purgatory

Hello,

I would like to request this plugin to be added.

This plugin make it where if a staff member Bans a player they get teleported to a world with chalenges to complete. The cheaters then can complete the tasks to escape the Purgatory untill they get banned again. The catch is that normal people can troll them as much as they want to make it harder on the cheaters.
