ive been using Aternos and have been learning to upload maps to my server. From what I understand the overworld, nether and end are separate and must be uploaded as seperate maps. However, i do not know how to separate the overworld, nether and end so I can upload my nether to my aternos server. What files do I take out of my world save folder to create a separate nether and overworld? any help would be much appreciated (ps i use a mac. I know its not the best computer for running a server but its the only one iv'e got)

From what I understand the overworld, nether and end are separate
That depends on the server software.
Vanilla has all worlds in the mail world folder
Bukkit/spigot have them in separate folders like world, world_nether, world_the_end
Maybe this makes it a bit clearer:
Display MoreFile structure:
Vanilla:
Main world: /world/
Nether: /world/DIM-1/
The End: /world/DIM1/
Bukkit/Spigot:
Main world: /world/
Nether: /world_nether/
The End: /world_the_end/When you switch from Vanilla to Bukkit/Spigot the nether and the end are automatically moved to it's new locations.
When you switch back from Bukkit/Spigot to Vanilla you have to manually move /world_nether/ to /world/DIM-1/ and /world_the_end/ to /world/DIM1/ -
