Can you please add the mod "Thaumic Bases", an add-on mod for Thaumcraft 4?

"DummyCore1.13" is also required to install the mod, it is an API used by DummyThinking team to make mods.

I did turn into this page (Thaumic Bases mod request) and realized it was for Thaumcraft 6, not Thaumcraft 4.
Thaumic bases is an addon for Thaumcraft 4(credits go to Azanor). It aims to add some missing features from Thaumcraft, for example Thaumic Nature. Adding the add-on into TC4 significantly enhances the gaming experience and prolongs the lifespan of a server.
It would be great if you could make it for our server.
