Whenever I turn on my server and it says starting, it takes a reasonable amount of time to start, but very soon after, it just says "saving" and then it says "Crashed". The game never reaches the "online" status, it just instantly starts saving then crashes. The world is a brand new 1.14 generated world. Here is the link to the crash report: https://mclo.gs/0W0ut1J

Reinstall your server (install papermc1.13.2 or something, boot once, and then reinstall vanilla 1.14) and THEN regenerate your world.
