Description: This library is an adaption of the work of Octarine Noise, who originally developed the Overlay and Stitch method for his awesome mod BetterFoliage. I wanted to use his technique for stalactites and ore overlays, and modified his code, with permission. At the request of several other modders, I've spun those functions out into a library of their own.
