[plugin request] build mode

Hello aternos Team.

I would like to request this plugin to be added to aternos. It is called build mode.

This plugin makes it where you need to do /build to break or place Blocks in protected regions. The plugin is very customizeable and lots of big Servers use this plugin. This adds an extra layer of security to prevent acidents while playing.
