so i've been trying to make a server for my friends and i to play on and i did this, but it has the server on "paper mc 1.13.2" and i don't know how to change it? i've turned on the world thing, redownloaded minecraft, made a new server but nothing. how do i fix this? when i put it into my servers it says 'server is outdated'. help?
