Would it be possible to add the mod "Thermal Solars"?

Thermal Solars adds relatively cheap solar (and lunar) panels and a few ores to go along with them. They create RF under sunlight (or moonlight in the case of the lunar panels) and can be used to easily power many things from various mods. There are several tiers of the solar and lunar panels and the added ores are necessary to create and upgrade the panels.
