Still no solution, can't create any worlds. If only there was a way to add maps from the World page, there would be no issue...

Just creating a new world on e.g. the website wouldn't allow you to use these maps on your server.
You need a multiworld plugin in order to use multiple maps not just to generate them.
did you already try to use another multiworld plugin?
