Adding a Mod to a pack?

My friend and I are playing a modded server together and we're using the Mech and Magic modpack, but it doesn't have Morpheus in it. We've really come to rely on the whole one of us being able to sleep to advance the time feature of it and I was wondering if there was a way to add it to our server?
