Not OP but says OP - really weird issue

So I'm in my server and I have turned off cracked to see my skins (everything worked fine before) and suddenly I realize that almost all of my commands are not showing up at all. I mean, the basic commands of a regular player show up in /help. It's like I'm not OP while Aternos says that I am in the OP players section. What should I do?

Remove all players from the op list and re-add them again.
