[Mod Request] Change config of Industrial Foregoing mod (FTB Ultimate Reloaded 1.7.1)

Dear Support,

Is there any option yet to do this by myself or can you guys do this for me?

I would like to make a small change in the config file of the Industrial Foregoing mod.
The line that I would like to change is the replaceFluidWithCobble to FALSE instead of TRUE.
