Hey, why mobs not spawn?
I made a sky mobfarm, and spawn 3~5 mobs per minute, i've tested in singleplayer, mobfarm works, but in server not

There is a general mob spawning bug since 1.14.3.

I downloaded my world and used it in single player, and the bug persists. I hope it helps.

Use 1.14.2

If you don't want to use 1.14.2 you have to deal with that problem
