Why isn't there the original Lucky Block mod?

Hello since i wanted to play some luckyblock fight with a friend and

i was looking thru the mods but i didn't manage to find the actual original "Lucky Blocks" mod so is there a way to upload it myself or can i somehow get it since i wanna add an addon for it aswell.

Thats alright but is there any way i could get a server that has a lucky block mod and addon folder i'd really like to test my lucky block addon on a server with a couple of friends since im making it for a youtuber and i wanna make sure it works on multiplayer if im actually gonna present it to him.
i'am asking your service since i do not know of any other free server service that provides people with forge servers for free!
