today we are having huge problems on playing on our server, after 5 min (server online 2/2 players) we got java exception get kicked and server stop, what could it be?

Please make sure that you map is not too big. Tobsxdlol

Make sure you don't overload your server.

Don' overload the server. If you do so, the server will shutdown and you'll be automatically kicked. It can also be that the aternos team worked on their serversystem.
Don't run all over thr map and activate all chunks, just make a village und explore a part of the map. The chunks which are unused will be deleted after a few time
