i installed the blockparty plugin and it is in zip file but it doesnt seem to work,it just stay there

Delete it and install it again.

Have you installed bukkit or spigot? Tobsxdlol

Make sure, that the plugin is up to date. Maybe you should wait one day and start your server, if the servers by aternos are not fully occupied by other users.
If it doesn't work, you should search for another option/pluginPunshCraft
