Description: Npc skin allows server admins to reskin their Citizen NPCs (requires the Citizen and Lib's Disquises plugins, which are already on Aternos). Usually, Citizens can only use skins being used by Minecraft accounts. but with Npc skins, they can use any skin! Really helpful for RPG servers.
