It's natural for Aternos user or what?

Me and my friends just created our own world... But when i am far away coordinates like 1000+ xyz above from my friend, the server became lagg... I understand the lag was caused by the chunks that are loading... But, i am very desperate and hope is there a possible way for me to stay not lag even my friends are far away 1000+ blocks from me??

My mob spawner arent also work when i am far away...
