Crackshot refuses to download!

Hello.
Today I was messing around with my server, and I was looking for the Crackshot plugin.
At first, it had downloaded fine, but I then changed my server software, and when I changed it back to Bukkit/Spigot, Crackshot was the only plugin I could not redownload.

I had switched to Forge.

The downloading process seems to have worked fine at first glance, showing the check mark after attempting to download it, however it never appeared in my files.

Please respond ASAP, I'm running from the cops lmao xd
