Sky Factory 4 Rewards & Prestige Lost After Server Restart

Hey guys,

I've been playing sky factory 4 on aternos on prestige mode.

However, whenever the server is restarted or closed, the prestige that I own gets reset to 0 and the rewards that I unlocked before remains locked.

Is there anyway to solve this issue?
