can you please add the Mod "Psi: Combat Magic"?

Psi: Combat Magic is an add-on to the Psi mod which is already available to download on a server, this mod is still an early version, but it adds new tricks to add to created spells that enable the caster to make more combat oriented spells instead of mostly utility or defense oriented spells offered in the base Psi mod.
