me and my friend want a server that we can have, plugins and mods, is that a possablety that you can add that me and my friend would be really happy

This has already been answered in previous posts. Please use the search function next time, there are no plans to add a software which does that ( sponge and cauldron ) due to several reasons also mentioned in earlier posts
