Glitch in server

Whenever I open my aternos site and see that the server is online and there is one person in it so when I see who the person is there is no one in the players list and when I go in Minecraft to see my server it says that the server is offline and when I click on stop button nothing happens and when I click on restart then also nothing happens and it always show some error in logs with the plugins plz help!
