[Mod Request] Following Villagers

Hello Aternos Team,

Can you please add the Mod "Following Villagers"?

This simple mod causes villagers to follow nearby players, holding an emerald block. As written in its description, this mod is useful and helpful for moving villagers into another location, rather than doing the "GET IN THE BOAT" way.
