To install mods I need to install forge, right? But I have a bedrock server and all of the versions of forge are for java, anything that I can do about it? I really want to have a mod for dynamic lightning of torch that I am holding in my hand and offhand upgrades(like being able to hold a torch)

as far as I know there are no dedicated servers for bedrock mods

I'm a year late but the only way i see that happening is by uploading a world with the mods you want.

do you mean the officially supported addons or things that can only be installed through 3rd party apps?
