I cannot mine or interact with blocks in my own server. I'm opped in the Players menu and opped through console commands, but i cant mine blocks or open doors. I can still place blocks and stand on them, but opening a door or breaking a block and attempting to go through it makes me glitch back as if it were still there. I searched countless threads on google, and none of them answered my question because it was always about a plugin called Essentials or something, which i do not have. I'm using Forge with quite a few mods. I can still get items from mobs and they move around as normal, but i cannot interact with blocks. This includes not being able to open chests. Spawn protection is 0, and no matter how far away i go from spawn, not even into the nether, i cannot break blocks. I have NO plugins at all.
Forgive me if i didn't tag or name this correctly, or put it into the right place for a thread like this, I've never used these forums before. 
Edit: I mentioned the mobs to point out that the server isn't lagging. I do have over 50 mods but most of them are quality of life rather than huge mods that would generate lag. Also even though i can stand on blocks i place, they disappear if i disconnect and reconnect.
