Can you please add the Mod "Natural Progression"?

This new and young mod replicates the early stages of the game in RLCraft modpack for players on 1.14.4 (Forge). It doesn't allow for tree-punching and you have to go through certain stages, like picking up pebbles from the ground and creating flint tools to be able to get your first sticks and planks. It makes the early game less boring and more realistic.
