How do i config my plugins when they are at .jar?

So hi, I'm Vietnamese so my english are not that good, I apologies!

I was having this problem with my Aternos plugins because im in need to config my plugins file but i can't access to it because it was in .jar, how do i config plugins that in .jar?

Please help me!
