A way to select specific modpack versions, as it currently only does the latest.

  • So I've wanted to ask if you could take this into consideration as me and my friends want to try and join a Modpacked server, in this case lets just say RLcraft…
so some of my friends have problems with Twitch, which is the way i get the most latest version of modpacks, as aternos only supports the latest version of pretty much any modpack. so going back to how my friends have problems with twitch, so because they cant use it that way, i suggested them to try and use Tlauncher, and it works...

BUT the only problem is, that Tlauncher isn't updated as often so modpacks kind of stay outdated, so only i can join the server with the modpack (RLcraft), and i tried 'selecting' a 'version' of the modpack, but aternos just brings you back to the modpack page, with options of curse, ATL, FTB ,technic and other then i choose curse, then find the RLcraft modpack, and find no way to change the version!!!

so in conclusion, i would greatly appreciate that you hear me out, and implement an option to change the type of version of a modpack

, though you are busy people, and people like me can only ask for so much, especially from people working on this, as it is free, so please do hear me out if possible!

You can also use ATLauncher as alternative to the Twitch Launcher. It supports curseforge.

If TLauncher doesn't manage to keep the modpacks up to date, that's not really our problem but TLauncher's.

If they already want to offer this, they have to maintain it.

Our modpack system is currently not designed to offer multiple versions of a modpack, we would have to make major changes to make this work.

And to go to such an effort to offer something that is outdated anyway doesn't really make sense to me.
